I've also found that the dataset actually updates inside the program so that seems to be working alright however just the writing of any xml file after a openFileDialog is used doesnt seem to write.

What EndlessWait meant was, more the number of employees in a small company, the chances of RFE with ability to pay will be higher...
Overall true, just one clarification... More the number of employees that have applied for a GC, chances of RFE are higher.

Hi,
I have applied for Canadian PR (AINP) and would like to know after getting canadian PR,will it possible for H4 and H1 person to work for Canada based company by staying in US or not?
I think I am not impacting US labor or anything. I will be working for Canadian company from US. I will be getting Salary / Tax deduction in Canada.

I spoke with the lawyer. She asked me to get an affidavit stating the arrest reason and also what happened. She will send this as soon she gets my receipt number.
I am not having any case/docket number since this happened 4 years back.
Lawyer is saying this should be ok and this falls under misdemeanor.
Any suggestion?
you are ok.try to conatct the court clerk and give them your details or goto the police station and they will give your case number or if they have online system..just search in the system

1. If you are paying for the GC process, then fire your attorney and get a new one who knows how to port the priority dates.
2. If employer is paying for it, ask them that you would pay for the second I-140.
3. If employer does not agree on either of the choices listed above:
a. File for EB3 I-140
b. Join a new employer and file a new EB2 labor and port your EB3 priority date.
They can't do that they are asking to make a choice .Per them porting eb3 priority date is not possible. I am not sure what are legal issues involved in porting the priority date. I am asked to make a choice either EB3 04 OR eb2 06.

I had my FP done yesterday (Sep 27). My notice date is Aug 28th on 485 and I received FP notice in the first week of september.
I think you should call them immediately as you should have not only gotten you FP notice by now but also got your FP done.

Does any one here has Newark NJ as their ASC? Reason is my notice date is august 27th from TSC and I haven't received my FP notice yet. My wife has the similar issue as well. I've called USCIS atleast twice but they are not ready to open service request and are saying that the ASC must be busy.
I wanted to find out if any one of you here has notice date after august 27th and have already got FP notice from Newark (NJ) ASC.

If the I-140 has been approved, you are entitled to use the PD on any subsequent I-140 unless it is revoked based on fraud or misrepresentation.
