I-94 determines your status in US and visa stamp is a merely used to enter into US .hence make sure your I-94 is stamped till the expiry date of new I-797 otherwise you would get into issues.

Hello Attorneys/ known guys, ( first of all sorry for reposting new thread , i ddidnt get anyanswers but ead and ap expire time is coming soon )
How are you doing ? i am new to here. i will fill all details soon. sorry for that.
Before i stayed in place "X " which comes under nebrasaka centre, applied for 485, ead and ap. my company also in " X " only.
Right now i am in place " Y " which comes under Texas centre ( because of my job i moved recently) . Now i want to renew my ead and ap my self . my job, payroll and living is in place " Y " only.
But my pemanent address is " X " only. I want to continue that for my full GC process.
what my question is what i have to mention the address for my ead and ap renewal ?
1) is it "X " address as it is my permanent address and applied my 485 also from there and wish to continue or my "Y " address as i am working , living and payroll are here ?
2) If i mention " X " address is there any problem ? , dont think wrongly as i really dont know
3) if i put " Y " address is my case ead and ap along with 485 will move to Texas centre ?
i really want to avoid it if chances are there in good way as my case before everything in Nebrasca centre compared to Texas centre procesing time is good
4) If i put " Y " address i will get any RFE ?
I really dont want that as my 485 was applied from " X " place.

On paper, the D2X looks really great and certainly meets my expectations. Only time and testing will tell and I'll wait for the verdict to come in before I buy one. However, I'll be saving my pennies in anticipation that this camera will perform well. Nikon has not released any price information to their dealers but one told me to expect this puppy to be in the $4000 - $5000 price range.
If this is as good as it looks perhaps Nikon users will be in the same boat as Canon users when it comes to finding new and used lenses. Now might be the time to pick up some good "surplus" Nikkor lenses that are all over the place.
I see that the D2X will be using a CMOS sensor instead of a CCD. As a relative neophyte to digital photography I'm curious as to why they did this.
Anyway, these are exciting times and this is exciting news. Hopefully the D2X will be a superb performer and I'll only have to buy the body instead of changing brands and having to buy everything all over again.

"I would like to hear your professional opinion on the following issue: I have been on F-1 visa for 7 consecutive years. I have an employer that has sponsored me as a Graphic Designer. In fact I have obtained the I-140 through him already. I recently applied for employment AOS (July 25th) with my wife (She is on F2 visa) and I'm currently waiting on the Notice Receipt. School starts on August 20th and I'm hesitant on when exactly the new Immigrant Status starts. Do I still need to enroll for classes in order to maintain my visa? I don't intend to finish school due to financial difficulties, when exactly may I drop out from school? Should I remain enrolled up until I receive the EAD and AP? I was pleasantly surprised, although looking back at it, this was going to happen. The Indian media would have immediately tried to cash in on the news and interview the people associated with the movie.
Nevertheless, this is good news, and I wonder if we should try to capitalize on it. How?
If IV can get "IV merchandise" (T shirts, caps, etc) signed by a Boman Irani or a Rajkumar Hirani (and perhaps also embossed with a standard message that we all included with the flowers), and put it up for sale (on ebay etc), it might help to
1. spread the word on this issue
2. raise money for IV!
What do you think? Is this feasible? If it is, we should go for it as nothing matches Bollywood when it comes to spreading a message.
