Phone cases are for wimps anyway :D
I still think it's the same size after staring at the photos. Light/white objects always look bigger than they are compared to black. Just look at a while aluminium mountain bike frame compared to a black one, they always look fatter.

In Australia, I'm getting the 15-inch with 2GB, 2.33GHz, 160GB HD, shipping on/before 1 Nov, arriving to Brisbane on/before 8 Nov. I couldn't justify spending an extra $A818.40 (edu price) for an extra GB of RAM nor an extra $A140.80 for the 200GB HD. Reviews of the 200GB HD at tomshardware.com say performance is very average, and I would have felt about queasy about such bleeding-edge HD technology.

Made a stupid mistake, getting caught up in the moment, confused TN and TFT. Sorry folks, obviously I suffered a brain fart.

For me to upgrade iWork it will need to have some pretty killer features. I do like a different view for Pages as the alway layout view can be very annoying when you just want something simple.
One of my biggest gripes with Pages is when you select Blank page it still populates it with fields like header that drives me crazy.

KLM tickets: Amsterdam - Los Angeles on April 29 --- San Francisco - Amsterdam on May 8.
Making the Highway 1 route from LA to SF with my father. It's for my 16th birthday.
How much did you pay for the tickets?

There is a difference between sales and market share. Without a doubt, part of the appeal of android is cost - it's just cheaper to buy. However, it's not as simple as you suggest
Some people buy it so they can have a larger screen, some because they want a keyboard, some because they have specific hardware needs (e.g. The US Army), some because they do not want to live under of the heel of Steve Jobs twisted moral code. I could go on, but it's become the proverbial dead horse. Sure, Android has pitfalls in that it can run almost anything, but I would rather have the freedom to make a bad app choice than to live in the walled garden that iOS is becoming.
In short, the freedom to make choices, even bad ones, is superior to being spoon fed like a baby as Apple tends to do.
Then too each their own. Obviously, you don't care for Apple's way of doing it and we could argue the pluses and minuses, but I don't think Apple's way is the wrong way. It's different and seems to be working fairly well too given they are company to beat in many categories right now. And as much as you love all the freedom with the Android based phones, I also think that is one of their problems. But again, we could debate forever.
Either way, you consistently feel your point of view is the only point of view. I don't feel "spoon fed like a baby" by using the iPhone. It does everything I want a smart phone to do plus some and there seems to be a ton of consumers out there that agree.
You know, you'd be much more respected here on this forum if you'd stop with the back-handed comments and ridiculous statements. Nothing wrong with having an opinion, but you can do it in a constructive manner and not a childish and shallow way. For someone that does seem to have some intelligence from time to time, you have a habit of totally destroying any credibility you might have.

HTC sensation > iphone 5
That is all
comparing a phone that hasn't been released to one with absolutely zero specs? great analysis.

Yeah while Apple realizes people want their mobile smartphone to be small and portable as that is a key part of the puzzle the rest of the industry is trying to duplicate this:

with a touch screen.
I hear those big phones cause cancer.

Where did I claim any of those things ?
*sigh*, at this point, I'll just ignore your comments, do the same for mine.
Then what were you trying to prove?
All the browsers do it. ChromeOS is just a browser for a normal consumer.
What were you actually trying to prove? What was your point? Sure you can ignore my comments if you dont have an answer. Fair enough.

And here my last purchase: Shaken green tea lemonade - I quit buying coffee from starbucks to reduce my sugar intake but I needed something to get from the coffee shop!
I actually get a half-green, half-passion tea lemonade. Try it. It's good. :)
Corey, that dog is adorable. What breed?

that's easy, macbook without backlit keyboard is too ugly to me.
Lol ok buddy. Hope your not waiting for there to be a backlit keyboard in the air because I doubt there will be. Apple took it out of the MBA for a reason not for the heck of it

Our continuous innovation?
Even my grandma has more innovations than samsung. At least HTC and motorola came up with their skins being very different from apple. They tried to differentiate themselves from apple's iOS with Motorola Blur and HTC Sense.
But, Samsung? They look so much like iOS.
Korea? Give me a freaking break. That market is so freaking small.
US is a huge market. There are way over 300 millions of people here and it is growing so fast. Samsung sold 2-3 million galaxy phones in US alone.
If samsung loses, and they most likely will... against apple in this law suit in US. Their share holders won't be so happy.
Samsung Vs Apple is very different from Apple vs HTC or Apple vs Motorola.
Samsung did copy apple.
Look at their damn 9 series laptop. Look at how their ports are located. It is a rip off from apple's first generation MBA.
Innovation my ass...

glad to have you! like SciFrog said, get a passkey and run the bigadv units on that mac pro!
I've got my passkey! Now I have a couple of my machines working on units. I have a small Linux Render farm that I'll put online here shortly.
