I and my my spose applied for AP during April 1st week, both of our AP got rejected because of incorrect fee even though we paid correct fee (305$ each applicant), has any one been in this state, please share your experiences.

I have re-sent the application mentioning Advance parole does not require biometrics so additional 85$ fee is not required.

When I called USCIS they mentioned it might have been rejected in error, please share your experiences.

Gurus,
My wife got a job offer on contract basis for 3 months. I am on h1 and she is on h4 so far. I am planning to stay on h1 itself. If my wife accepts this job using EAD, Does my status also changes? Is it okay if she dont find a job after this contract expires, what status she will be in during that time, h4 or EAD?

Non-profit organizations...as the name emplies are organizations that doesnt aim to make a profit...and if they ever do, it must be retained within the organization so they can support their own programs and services. Examples are foundations, charities--they are tax favored. I know some schools are too---and hospitals. Ive worked in one hospital before. You can find it out by reading what a company is all about...visions, missions...they will usually say they are not for profit organizations if ever they are...hope this helps....by the way...they are VISA CAP EXEMPT!

She does not need to do anything but get a job, fill form I-9 and start working again. She is in a period of authorized stay since her I-485 is pending. I don't think it's even necessary to apply H4 for her.

Here is my situation and looking for any previous experience and suggestion from experts.

I have my EAD valid for 2 years PD 05 EB2. I got a job from another company but vendor says I need to be in his payroll. Job wise everything is good. I want to join him on EAD.
Here are my concerns

1. Should file for AC21 or just keep quite till CIS sends a letter ?
2. If I ensure my new job and old job responsibilities are same, am I safe ?

Do you see any problems or advise me for anything.

As long as New Job and Old Job are SAME/SIMILAR and assuming your I-40 is approved & 180 days passed, you should be perfectly fine.

IF
your previous employer is going to revoke I-140
THEN
its better to file AC21
ELSE
just keep quite till CIS sends a letter
END IF
